Wang Du

The sculptural work of the renowned Chinese artist Wang Du, born in 1956 in Wuhan, China, addresses the constant flood of images in our present. With her oversized sculptures, the artist analyses the viewer's relationship to media images, their schemes and their impact.

Wang Dau's works are in numerous collections, including the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, the UCCA (Ullens Center for Contemporary Art) in Beijing and the Musée de Monaco. Today, the artist lives in Paris.
