When Curtis Freiler and Jerry Fels founded the "artisan house" in 1963 to design and offer metal sculptures under the joint (artist) name C. Jeré, the ambition was not a small one: to achieve gallery quality for a large audience. The "artisan house" remains true to this claim to this day.
