Necklace "Tayrona Blue"
A touch of the noblesse of bygone times wafts through this piece of jewellery. The original is part of the world's unique collection of pre-Columbian objects in the Museo del Oro, the gold museum with its headquarters in Bogotá. Founded in 1939 to protect Colombia's archaeological heritage, the museum houses mostly finds made of gold but also stone, wood, shells and other materials.
"Tayrona Blue" necklace: Dainty, a nine-strand necklace made of silver metal elements and blue ceramic beads. The individual strands are attached to an ornate, semi-circular chain piece. Adjustable length from 47 to 51 cm, lobster clasp.
