We are delighted to introduce you to Oliver Fabris - an art lover, passionate sommelier and, naturally, an excellent connoisseur and lover of exquisite wines. His expertise in the world of gourmet dining distinguishes him.

Exclusively for you, Mr Fabris has put together three wine packages, wines with surprising flavours and notes.

"For your Easter menu, I have put together an exquisite surprise package in collaboration with the Maier winery family from the Maier winery in Remstal in Württemberg: Riesling Sekt Brut, Grauburgunder "vom Stein" Breuningsweiler Haselstein dry and Lemberger Selektion dry. The Maier winery is currently ranked among the top 3 with its Lemberger in the Vinum Magazine!" (Oliver Fabris)

Riesling Sekt brut:
Ideal as an aperitif or companion for fine appetisers. Traditional fermentation in the bottle and a minimum ageing period of 15 months on the lees provide a fresh flavour and pleasant acidity. 12.5% vol.

Grauburgunder "vom Stein" Breuningsweiler Haselstein dry 2022:
A dry Grauburgunder with vibrant freshness and a pleasant mellowness. Characterised by sandstone soil with limestone deposits. 13.5% vol.

Lemberger Selektion dry 2021:
This Lemberger selection wine was matured in tonneau barrels. Powerful yet juicy to the palate with elegant cherry fruit. 13% vol.
