About Sarah Dudley
The artist Sarah Dudley (born in 1971) from Montreal uniquely combines art and craftsmanship. As a lithographer, she masterfully expresses her artistic statements of the recurring cycle of decay and resurrection. "Through lush colour and sensual brushwork, it is this connection with the ordinary, this appreciation for its beauty that I hope to awaken in others," she says.
Her works appear in very limited copies. There are usually no more than ten sheets in order to maintain exclusivity and to emphasise how special they are. With her partner Ulrich Kühle, she runs "Keystone Editions", a publishing house and workshop for lithography in Berlin.
