On our internet platform, we present a unique range of art, design and trendsetting objects. In cooperation with renowned artists, galleries, museums and art associations, we have been developing exclusive in-house editions - for over 70 years.

The position is unlimited and available immediately.

Your tasks:

• independent support and advice of our customers
• order acceptance and entry, invoicing
• preparation of quotations
• enquiry and complaint management, processing of complaints, cases of damage, loss of goods
• debt collection
• communication: writing and by telephone in German and partly in English
• general organisational tasks

Your profile:

• completed a business-orientated apprenticeship and professional experience, preferably in a similar area or similar industry.
• MS Office skills, experience with ERP systems
• confident appearance, good manners and good expression in writing and on the phone, preferably also in English
• strong communication skills
• structured, solution- and service-oriented independent working style
• interest in art and design
