Born in Bad Vilbel, Germany, in 1969, the artist and qualified architect Jan M. Petersen humorously questions art history without any false reverence while simultaneously embracing it with enthusiasm. Cars, in particular, are always his motif of choice.
Edition behind 3 mm thick acrylic glass on aluminium plate. Limited to 199 copies and numbered. Includes a signed certificate. Size 40 x 62 cm (h/w). With suspension device. Due to the smooth surface, there may be reflections depending on the incidence of light. ars mundi Exclusive Edition.

The artist and qualified architect Jan M. Petersen, born in 1969 in Bad Vilbel, Germany, humorously questions art history and at the same time approaches it with enthusiasm.
In addition to handy wooden works on which he puts his cheeky and wise slogans, all telling of his passion for art, the artist also delights with his small- and large-format sculptures and coloured steel cuts. Jan M. Petersen lives and works in Brandenburg, Germany.
