Christina von Grote
Christina von Grote, who lives in Italy and Germany, studied interior design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich.
In her works, she combines breaks and contrasts in areas of color that are sensitively brought together by subtle accents. Inspired by concrete art and color field painting, her work follows a discursive path between harmony, destruction and new beginnings. Contrasts of light and shadow, pause and movement create a profound expanse of perspective.
