About Audrey Hagemann
Born in 1968, designer and painter
The different subjects of Audrey Hagemann’s work are diverse, but her extraordinary depictions of animals are particularly noteworthy. She gives her paintings lively impulses and expressive dynamics by playing with colours ingeniously and using strong contrasts and skilful abstraction.
Audrey Hagemann, born in 1968 in close to Osnabrück, Germany, is actively involved in the protection of species. One of the main themes of her oeuvre is therefore particularly endangered animal species.

Giclée = derived from the French verb gicler "to squirt, to spray".
The Giclée method is a digital printing process. It is a high-resolution, large-format print produced with an inkjet printer using special different-coloured dye- or pigment-based inks (usually six to twelve). The inks are lightfast, meaning they are resistant to harmful UV light. They provide a high level of nuance, contrast, and saturation.
The Giclée process is suitable for art canvases, handmade paper and watercolour paper as well as silk.
