About Banksy
Around the world Banksy, the guerrilla artist probably born in Bristol in the mid-1970s, leaves behind his subversive graffiti, which frequently take up socially critical and political themes. His identity remains a mystery to this day, making him one of the most mysterious and fascinating representatives of Urban Art.
His works for the art market are rare and extremely sought after. Collectors from all over the world – including Hollywood stars such as Brad Pitt – invest large sums in order to be able to buy a Banksy original. Whether it is a Banksy screen print or a print hand-signed by Banksy, the demand for his works far exceeds the supply.
