About the artist

With imagination and wit, the professor of business communication, born in 1960, stages words and quotations as innovative typographic object images. Using three-dimensional figurative design elements, Birkelbach reinforces the text’s message, thereby creating an expressive link between poster art and miniature sculpture.

Each piece is handcrafted and signed by the artist. The object images are framed in solid wood with high-quality, anti-glare glass. Limited edition of 499 copies, with certificate. Size 35 x 35 x 10 cm (h/w/d).
