About the exhibit

A fresh start. Stronger and more vibrant than ever before.

Do you recognise this desire? This 3D object is a precious gift for anyone who has been thrown off course by unforeseen events and now wants – or needs – to forge a new path. Handcrafted, three-dimensional, with confidence. Let’s go.

A work of art for everyone who knows: a fresh start is not a step backwards – it is the beginning of something better.

A work of art for...

• Anyone who is currently venturing a fresh start – professionally or personally
• Anyone looking for a gift that inspires courage and instils confidence
• Living spaces, offices and studies with character and depth

Whether as encouragement after a setback, as a companion during a period of upheaval, or as the most personal gift one can give – this 3D picture combines craftsmanship, confidence and joie de vivre in a unique way.

Born in 1960, this professor of business communication uses imagination and wit to transform words and quotations into innovative typographic art pieces. Using three-dimensional figurative design elements, Birkelbach reinforces the text’s message, thereby creating an expressive link between poster art and miniature sculpture.

Each piece is handcrafted and signed by the artist. The object images are framed in solid wood with high-quality, anti-glare glass. Limited edition of 499 copies, with certificate. Size 35 x 35 x 7 cm (h/w/d).
