Design Mobiles – Art Objects in Motion
Classic mobiles are mainly found in children's rooms. They are often hung above the bed to help little ones fall asleep. However, there are also mobiles for adults - and they are a great addition to any interior design style.
| The main feature of mobiles is their movable elements, which can rotate or slide into each other depending on the design. |
Watching a mobile hanging from the ceiling is relaxing and can have a very meditative effect. Moreover, it has become trendy among art enthusiasts to buy mobiles. Special collections such as those from Flensted Mobiles, high-quality materials, and exclusive designs make ceiling mobiles highly sought-after objects.
Many Possible Uses
Mobiles above the crib are the classic choice. But if you want to buy modern mobiles, you can also place them above the bed in the bedroom. In the living room, for example in a reading corner, mobiles can enrich the decoration. The same applies to work areas where they provide inspiration, or entrance areas where they welcome guests in style.
| If you choose weather-resistant mobiles for adults, you can also display them outdoors. Pay attention to the materials so that the designer mobiles remain durable. |
Ceiling Mobiles for Adults – How to Hang Them Properly
For a Flensted mobile, for example, to have the best effect, proportions must be considered. Room size, ceiling height, and the size of the decorative mobile are decisive. Details can be found in the product description.
To ensure a successful installation, there should be sufficient space in all directions so the elements can move freely. You should also check whether the decorative mobile is exposed to drafts when windows are opened. Maximum safety is provided by a combination of plugs and round hook.
Buying Mobiles – Tips for Selection
If you want to buy a mobile, you should not only focus on the design. While colours and shapes play an essential role, the material also influences the effect of the kinetic art object. The material, for example, affects the movement of the mobile and can create additional light reflections.
For a harmonious overall effect, the material should also match the style of the room. In our shop, you can buy mobiles for adults made of
